The former wife of an Islamic State member who was repatriated from Syria by the Federal Government has been granted bail. 

Mariam Raab has been charged with willingly entering a conflict zone in Syria and is accused of being aware of her husband's involvement with the terrorist group. 

Deputy Opposition Leader Sussan Ley is demanding more clarity on the repatriation process.
