So, he climbed a sycamore tree to get a better view. When Jesus saw him, He told Zacchaeus that they were about to have dinner together. Zacchaeus, filled with joy at what Jesus did for him, made right the wrongs of his past. The next day sitting by the gates of Jericho, was a blind beggar named Bartimaeus. When he heard that Jesus was near, he began to scream for Jesus. The man could not be stopped. Whenever someone tried to quiet him down he screamed all the louder. And Jesus heard him.
