His impact extends far beyond schedules, buses, and game-day logistics. Todd has helped shape the culture of Union Springs athletics, emphasizing sportsmanship, community service, and creating opportunities for students both on and off the field. From navigating the challenges facing small-school athletics to fostering traditions that connect athletes with the community, his influence can be felt throughout the district.

As he prepares for retirement, Todd leaves behind a legacy built on service, dedication, and a commitment to putting students first.
