Monday, September 28, 2026: The Philadelphia Waterdogs are PLL champions after rolling past the Denver Outlaws 14-4 last Sunday. Cornell alum CJ Kirst was named MVP of the game after putting up five goals and two assists, while former Big Red teammates Gavin Adler and Brendan Staub also played key roles in the title run. Staub made his mark with a pole goal midway through the first quarter. Staub joins BTL to look back at the Waterdogs’ championship season, last week’s title-clinching win and the lessons he learned at Cornell that have carried over to the professional game.
