Thursday, June 30: ESPN Ithaca is proud to recognize our area athletes and coaches on an outstanding sports season. Newark Valley girls basketball Head Coach Greg Schweiger has been named our Coach of the Year, presented by Guthrie. Greg guided the Cardinals to their first Section IV championship in decades, en route to a state championship game berth. He joins BTL to look back on the team's historical season.
