Thursday, July 10: ESPN Ithaca's Community Gamechangers recognizes individuals throughout the Finger Lakes who have made an impact in our sports community.
Don Scutt has been a driving force behind youth sports in Dryden for decades. As President of Dryden Little League Baseball, he’s the one making sure the fields are ready, the schedules are set, and the kids have a chance to play. He’s umpired games, mentored young athletes, and built a program rooted in community and opportunity.
Don’s impact goes far beyond the ballfield. He’s a familiar face at Dryden High School games, volunteering with the Sports Boosters, working football games, and lending a hand wherever it’s needed. His commitment to the next generation - and to the community he grew up in - has helped keep Dryden’s sports scene thriving.
