Wednesday, June 26: Trumansburg's Lauren Millspaugh was recently named ESPN Ithaca's Scholar-Athlete of the Year at the 11th annual Night of Champions. She joins the show to look back on her illustrious career, which included an first team all-state selection in volleyball.

Wednesday, June 26: ESPN Ithaca's Community Gamechangers recognizes individuals throughout the Finger Lakes who have made an impact in our sports community. 

April Wright is a personal trainer who not only runs her own business, but has devoted a significant amount of her time and energy to local student athletes from the Trumansburg School District as they prepare for their sports seasons. April helps kids work toward the overall goal of fitness while also holding workout sessions over many summers for athletes from every sport.

Her nomination comes from Neil Clifford, who says, "Our entire athletic program has experienced sustained success over the last several years in large part thanks to the efforts of April. She is an amazing source of energy and enthusiasm, and a role model for the rest of our community."
