Athletic Director Hank Neubert joins the show to fill us in on this year's selections, including Coaches Ricky Stewart and David Green, athletes Megan Pym, Tom Bishop and Dustin (Dusty) Marshall, and the 1985-1986 boys basketball team.

Rahmel Mack is the Recreation Coordinator of the Greater Ithaca Activities Center and is in his second season as the head coach of the Ithaca Little Red junior varsity team. At GIAC, Rahmel has created several programs for leadership, academic support, community service, and youth employment.

His passion for basketball has made him one of the most influential figures in Ithaca when it comes to playing, coaching and growing the sport. He coaches the girls Firebirds AAU and boys Wolfpack AAU. He personally trains and develops boys and girls basketball players as individuals or small groups and directs the GIAC Rashad Richardson Summer Basketball League founded by Mac Knight and organizes the adult league.
