Friday, October 11: Yesterday was World Mental Health Day and all of this week on BTL, we've recognized Student Athlete Mental Health Week which runs through October 12th. Lyn Reitenbach has been a staple to the Ithaca lacrosse community for decades and serves as school social worker at Ithaca High School. She joins BTL to discuss her role with helping students' mental health and educates parents and coaches based on her experiences.

Friday, December 20: On Wednesday, the Ivy League announced that the Ivy League Council of Presidents has approved a proposal to allow the league's football champion to participate in the NCAA Division I FCS Playoffs next season. Head Coach Dan Swanstrom joins the show to discuss the decision, whether it could help recruiting efforts, extending the season and how his first offseason at Cornell has been going.

Rahmel Mack is the Recreation Coordinator of the Greater Ithaca Activities Center and is in his second season as the head coach of the Ithaca Little Red junior varsity team. At GIAC, Rahmel has created several programs for leadership, academic support, community service, and youth employment.

His passion for basketball has made him one of the most influential figures in Ithaca when it comes to playing, coaching and growing the sport. He coaches the girls Firebirds AAU and boys Wolfpack AAU. He personally trains and develops boys and girls basketball players as individuals or small groups and directs the GIAC Rashad Richardson Summer Basketball League founded by Mac Knight and organizes the adult league.
