What are the best NFL bets for Week 9 of the 2026 season?

Seth Woolcock and Andrew Erickson break down their favorite Week 9 NFL picks, spreads, totals, touchdown props, parlays and prediction-market plays.

Erickson starts by targeting a low-scoring Texans-Chargers matchup before explaining why he’s fading Philadelphia with Joe Milton under center and backing the Giants.

Seth heads back to the well with Buffalo, laying three points against Minnesota after another dominant Bills performance, while Erickson expects fireworks when the Lions visit the Dolphins in Miami.

The guys also debate whether double-digit points are simply too many for Kirk Cousins and the Raiders against San Francisco, especially with the 49ers dealing with more offensive injuries.

Plus, Seth gives his long-shot anytime touchdown bet on Samaje Perine, builds a two-leg Malik Willis player-prop parlay and targets Gardner Minshew to throw an interception against Seattle.
