Carter talks about growing up in North Carolina, falling in love with music, and the journey that took him from dreaming about LA to dominating the music industry. We also get into his early assistant days, discovering artists and what it actually takes to make it in music. Plus, a few stories Carter probably wishes we wouldn’t mention.
