By signing 10-year veteran tight end Jonnu Smith, the Green Bay Packers continued their trend of getting more experienced this offseason. Coincidence? or not? 

Meanwhile, the Packers were able to develop quarterback Kyle McCord quickly and flip him for a future sixth-round pick. 

And, edge rusher Dani Dennis-Sutton finished the Preseason on a strong note against the Arizona Cardinals, and appears to be firmly in the Packers' plans as a rookie.

Meanwhile, the Packers pivoted and made a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers for second-year back Kaleb Johnson. But, on paper, it looks like MarShawn Lloyd is "RB1" until further notice. 

Andy Herman joins the show to break it down, as well talk about the initial 53-man roster, including wide receiver J. Michael Sturdivant and defensive tackle Anthony Campbell. 

Oh, and quarterback Kyle McCord looked great in Friday night's Preseason finale ... before getting traded Sunday afternoon.
