The Green Bay Packers had the day off from practice, but their three coordinators -- Cam Achord, Jonathan Gannon and Adam Stenavich -- met with the media for the first time during Training Camp. 

Achord stole the show with several hands-on demonstrations, away from the podium, as he addressed the inconsistent start to Camp for rookie kicker Trey Smack.

Meanwhile, Micah Parsons spoke to the media to address his timeline to return to the field, while Gannon shared some of his plans for the defense -- both with and without Parsons.

Packers rookie kicker Trey Smack has struggled the past practices, but says he's staying level-headed as he transitions to the NFL.

Packers tight end Tucker Kraft was activated off the Physically Unable to Perform List, allowing him to practice -- in a limited capacity -- for the first time since suffering a torn ACL last November. 

Meanwhile, cornerbacks Keisean Nixon and Benjamin St-Juste turned heads at practice, while wide receiver Matthew Golden looks poised for a breakout year, based on the first three practices of Training Camp. 

NFL analyst Ben Solak from ESPN was at Friday's practice, and jumped on the show to discuss his recent conversations with head coach Matt LaFleur and defensive coordinator Johnathan Gannon.
