Goodbye, winter....hello, summer! We completely skipped spring & went into the swassy temps this week. 

Ugh.

We kicked things off with an interesting study about prolonging your life by only eating during the daylight hours. Plus, the story about the parents who let their six year-old son run a full marathon.
