This morning's Spiritual Alignment is a reminder that not all business is your business. People may be going through difficult seasons that you know nothing about — rebuilding, grieving, healing, praying or simply trying to figure out their next step.

When someone's circumstances change, resist the urge to create a story around what you see. If they haven't shared their situation with you, respect their privacy and give them grace, space and dignity.

Sometimes love looks like minding your business and praying for someone quietly. We don't always know what God is doing in another person's life, so instead of judging their season, focus on your own and be there to listen when they're ready to talk
