STANLEY. WITH A BACKGROUND IN SUSTAINABILITY, SHE NOW FOCUSES ON
PROJECTS WHICH COMBINE HER SKILLS IN CHOCOLATE WITH TREADING GENTLY ON
THE EARTH, AND SUPPORTING SOUTH AFRICAN BUSINESSES DOING WONDERFUL
THINGS WITH LOCAL INGREDIENTS.
SHE CONSULTS FOR FOOD PRODUCERS WHO SHARE HER PASSION FOR SOUTH AFRICA,
ITS PEOPLE AND ITS FOOD - AND IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON A PROJECT TO BRING
