Does he have to worry about genetic testing companies being taken over by larger companies? He recently read a study by Dr. Michael Mosley about the effects of food on your blood sugar levels and the amount of fat in your blood. He had a fry up in the morning and the evening and he found that the sugar and fat levels were higher and maintained higher when he ate the fry up at night. Does this fly in the face of carb back-loading from a general health (not endurance) standpoint?
