Half a lemon
20g to 30g of vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp of cacao powder
2 drops of Omica Organics liquid stevia
1 box of bone broth
Cinnamon
Turmeric

Blend everything for about 90 seconds, adding bone broth for desired consistency.  Then add the following.
