Seed oils are at the center of one of today’s fiercest food fights. While some may call them toxic and blame them for everything from inflammation to obesity, others see them as affordable and heart-healthy alternatives to animal fats.

So who’s right? And what really matters for your health? I’ll be reading some info from an article, which breaks down what seed oils are, how they’re processed, what the science says about their health effects, and whether you should avoid them or embrace them (or maybe just use less oil altogether).

We’ll hear from a Melbourne musician named ZIGGY. Well, more to the point we’ll hear one of the tracks he’s entered into The National Campus Music Comp, Australia’s longest running student Music Competition which also includes New Zealand.

The Campus Music Comp has been a career launcher for many Australian artists, but don’t take their word for it – take a look at the website and have a listen on the show today!

Vox pops, music and lots of love included.
