From Byron to Bondi with love.

Dropping into a feeling today on Belly, acknowledging that feeling and allowing it to be whatever it is today. That might not be the same as tomorrow or next week, but it is what it is today and what it is, is empathy and sorrow for all those affected by the recent events in Bondi. 

I felt to dedicate this show to those who like me may be in need of a delicate dose of musical medicine.

A big swell arrived in the bay today, so let's send our collective thoughts and hearts out towards the horizon, in the hope it may it wash up on the shores of Bondi and in some small but potent way help in the healing of the land and its people x
