Sarah is a 35-year-old nutritionist currently living in Mount Martha, Victoria with her wonderful husband, Tom, and their two beautiful girls, Lillian and Penelope. Throughout her journey, she has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in regard to food. She completed a 4-year bachelor's degree in health science, majoring in health promotion and human nutrition. 
After completing her degree and delving into different jobs within food production, she decided to start her own business 7 years ago. Two Pounds is a food and catering business for private high-scale events and corporate functions. It was through Two Pounds that I combined my knowledge of nutrition with my passion for events and started creating wholesome, delicious, and exciting recipes for client functions.

Although challenging starting a business, this was undoubtedly the most magical time of my life. 

Then COVID hit, Two Pounds took a major blow. It has been extremely tough and testing but I honestly feel my love for food (and my family) is what has enabled me to stay positive and resilient through these tumultuous times. So, it was here that I decided rather than rolling over and surrendering that I was going to channel my passion and drive into helping out families by providing timely and affordable recipes. This is how Wholesome by Sarah was born.

I am excited to share with you more in the prophetic, the power of being spirit led to revive the dry places and see the women in this era come back to life. I am going to be bringing you more educational episodes on how we as women need balance, organisation and structure to grow our capacity as homemaker, entrepreneur and mother. Wherever you are on the journey there is so much GOLD inside you and whether it's taking the courage to step out into that, awaking the gifts inside you or learning to manage and balance MORE so you can step into it all without lacking anything.

I want to see the entrepreneur and working mother able to flourish her dreams calling and career while feeling present in the home and able to balance both.

I want us women to discover more Practical ways to save time, save money and INCREASE REST!! If we learnt anything in the last 2 years it's REST, FAMILY, HEALTH and YOUR PURPOSE!!
