As you've likely noticed, the prices of fresh produce are soaring.  Just in time for Thanksgiving.  No it isn't price gouging.  It's the latest sector impacted by the supply chain.  Throw in the impacts of climate change, and the high prices of every day fruits and veggies may be here to stay.
