Rep. Jackie Speier will not seek reelection to California's 14th congressional district.  The surprise announcement marks the beginning of the end to an incredible story.  One that began with Speier laying on the ground in Guyana, bleeding from five bullet wounds suffered in the Jonestown massacre.
