Many restaurants in downtown Round Rock are struggling after all eateries were ordered to close their dining areas and offer only to-go service. The Louisiana Longhorn Cafe had to lay off 15 employees, while the owner of Star Coffee, said he had to lay off all 11 of his employees to stay open. Shawn Faulk and his manager were working to fill to-go orders for customers. Many of those picking up food for the restaurants said they were doing so to help support the businesses.
