Today’s guest is Natalie Kollars, a Performance Specialist at EXOS in Pheniox, Arizona. With over a decade in collegiate and private sector, Natalie works with a diverse range of clients including general population, youth, high school, collegiate, professional and retired athletes. Natalie shares some great insights into her role within EXOS and the unique business model.

In this episode, Natalie takes us through her journey of becoming a performance coach - from interning at EXOS to coming on full time, why and how the facility sets itself apart from others with the caliber of athletes that come through the doors, the NFL combine prep, her passion for nutritional component of performance, the viewpoint of the industry from a female, internship and even finances.
