Steve Conlin, President of ICD Alloys & Metals, joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby”.  At the age of 16, Steve was a professional soccer player in the UK.  After an injury put him on the sidelines, he got a job sweeping floors at a metal recycling business.  He quickly moved up within the company and was offered the opportunity to go back to college where he became a Metallurgist or Doctor of Metals.  Tune in to meet Steve to hear about his education, career path to Winston Salem, NC that included stops in South Africa, Rwanda and Germany, and the start of ICD in 2013.
