Kevin White with Charlotte Mechanical joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby” to talk work force development and careers in the trades.  Charlotte Mechanical currently employs 600 individuals, but has about 100 positions to fill.  When Kevin started in the industry, he literally worked at the bottom of the ladder handing tools up to those at the top.  But the company was eager to invest in him and show him the ropes.  Charlotte Mechanical is eager to do the same – hire, train and pay.  Tune in to learn more about employment needs throughout the construction industry and the abundance of opportunity available to those with strong work ethics and a willingness to get their hands dirty.
