David Greer, COO for B&W Fiberglass, joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby.”  Born and raised in Greenville, SC, David graduated from the Citadel in 1999.  Following graduation, he took his first job as a Process Engineer for Milliken & Company where he would spend 20 years.  In February 2020, he moved to BWF.  In his new role, David loves educating the BWF team about the textiles and products they produce.  Per David, we unknowingly touch their products 5 – 10 times per day.  He wants his team to see beyond their 9am – 5pm jobs, and how their work is making an impact in the real world.  Through this education, he’s helping his team feel pride in their work and creating a sense of community in the workplace.  Tune in to learn more about David’s education, career path to BWF and other business philosophies.
