Trent and Patrick welcome Bill and Otis Crowder into the studio to celebrate Crowder Construction Company’s 75th anniversary!  Their fathers, W.T. Crowder and O.P. Crowder, founded the business on July 1, 1947.  Their first project was building the steps for Plaza Presbyterian Church with just 5 employees and very limited resources.  75 years later, the company now employs over 850 people and has built many projects ranging from bridges and highways to dams, power plants and buildings.  Tune in to meet the Crowder cousins, learn more about the company’s humble beginnings and growth over the years, their emphasis on building their people first, and how they are celebrating their milestone anniversary by completing 75 acts of kindness for local nonprofits in each of their markets.
