• You often hear people talking about multitasking, but your brain only takes in one task at a time. A confused mind cannot think with that same mind.
• Why is it so hard for people to stay focussed? If you’re working on a task & the phone rings, or an email comes through, how many people would take the time to answer the call or respond to the email during the task you’re doing? I used to interrupt my activity by doing these things, but if left me lost. Giving 110% to the task is crucial.
• When we’re fatigued your mind will be impacted & your won’t be productive because you feel foggy & distracted, meaning you’ll be less interested in what needs to be done.
• Prioritise you tasks. Every morning I make a to do list with important tasks listed first & less easy tasks at the bottom. Check them off as you complete them, it’ll stop you from getting sidetracked.
