Dr Michael Lange and Dr Susan Summerton host "ask the dr" today on nutritional wellness and anti-aging for all ages. Dr Lange starts the show off discussing how well he did in a whoop band competition 2 weeks earlier. He is going to enter the whoop competition Sunday again and try to win the entire event with over 10,000 competitors. The competition he entered two weeks earlier he burned 8,000 calories and had almost 70,000 steps. He won Ocala, Tampa, Gainesville and doctors only class. There was a combined approx. 7,000 competitors. He came in 6th place in the 60 Plus athlete class with over 8,000 competitors. Dr Lange accredits his wins to hard training, proper diet and consuming 3 Fortifeye Fit Pros, one Fortifeye Organic Blue Green Superfood and two Fortifeye Rejuvenate during the competition, He hydrated with coconut water and sea salt. Dr Summerton and Dr Lange try to practice what they preach to their patients.
