Dr Michael Lange and Dr Susan Summerton have a great show on nutritional wellness. They do a section on the powers and health benefits of omega 3 fish oil and how all omega 3 are not created equal. Dr Summerton goes into some detail the difference between the potentially harmful form of omega 3 typically bought over the counter called EE form of ethyl ester form omega 3 fish oil.
