Dr Michael Lange and Dr John Poser of Poser Plastics discuss how to combat against the negative side effects of rapid weight loss. Getting to your ideal weight is one of the best things you can do for overall health. However rapid weight loss from GLP-1 receptor drugs or crash weight loss diets can cause up to a 40% muscle loss, crepey, wrinkly, saggy skin, and bone loss. Weight loss can haves some dramatic health benefits but can also have some serious functional and cosmetic problems. A large portion of Americans are not getting enough protein to begin with and then when they are on an appetite suppressant, they get even less protein and nutrition. This lack of protein can create rapid muscle and strength loss. The lack of antioxidants, minerals and collagen can also accelerate rapid skin aging, bone loss and compromised immunity. Fortifeye Vitamins has created a section on their website called GLP-1 support that has supplements to benefit people that are dieting naturally or using these new GLP-1 receptor drugs. These doctors recommend using Fortifeye Fit Pro , Fortifeye Super Protein or Fortifeye Grass Fed Whey Isolate while dieting along with exercise to combat against the muscle and strength loss. Dr Lange also recommends adding Fortifeye Rejuvente to help with skin, hair, nails and joints while dieting or not dieting. During the show Dr Lange discusses eye care for children by the age of four and as early as six months if there appears to be a problem. He also recommends children to wear blue filtering glasses while on digital screens, eat plenty of dark green leafy vegetables, orange bell peppers, wild salmon, eggs and blueberries to bring valuable nutrients to the eyes. Dr Lange also recommends children taking a supplement called Fortifeye Focus or something similar and having mom squeeze the contents into a smoothie or their food in case they can't swallow the gel cap. Dr John Poser discusses many surgical corrections for eye lid problems as well as excess skin from rapid weight loss.
