Dr Michael Lange host of "ask the dr" has been hosting live call-in talk show called "Ask the Dr" since April of 93 all over the world. Tune in each week while he discusses the latest in anti-aging, eye care and nutrition. Today famous news caster Roger Schulman did a quick testimonial at the beginning of Dr Langes 30th year reunion show. Dr Richard Hall was a co-host this am on a show with a heavy emphasis on whey protein. Dr Lange starts of the show comparing the bio availability and the digestibility of whey protein vs pea protein vs rice protein vs oat protein. Whey wins hands down. Dr Hall explains how Fortifeye Grass Fed Whey Isolate has only 2 ingredients: grass fed non denatured whey protein isolate from UK cows and non gmo sunflower lecithin. He also explains that most whey protein powders purchased today are filled with unwanted potentially harmful artificial sweeteners and flavors along with many other chemicals that are hard to pronounce. Dr Hall also states the Fortifeye Whey Protein isolate or Fortifeye Super Protein will not clump up in a shaker and it breaks down well without using a blender. Dr Michael Lange says that when people are looking for a good whey protein they need to make sure 3 things are on the label. These 3 whey protein label musts are: 1. grass fed 2. non denatured 3. says where the cows come from. If the label of a whey protein does not say all 3 of these then stay away. Dr Lange discusses with a caller the benefits of whey protein over pea protein and then goes on to clarify how to pick a good pea protein. When buying a vegan based protein powder make sure it is certified organic and the ingredients are either fermented or sprouted or both. Whey protein has been proven in clinical studies to support lean muscle mass and recovery, so it is great for anyone that is training or working hard. Whey protein also stimulates testosterone and helps to burn fat. Dr Lange calls whey protein the perfect protein. Dr Lange also discusses with a caller how whey protein since it contains covalent bonded cysteine is a great way to stimulate glutathione production and he personally likes it better than NAC. Dr Lange takes a call from a caller wanting to know more about the all new Fortifeye Focus and Brain. He goes into a short story of how his 96 yo mom's memory has improved 75% in two months after taking Fortifeye Focus and Brain, Dr Hall is available at the Lange Eye Institute for free nutritional consultations during the week. Dr Lange and Dr Hall discuss the benefits of the all-new form of curcumin called curcugen in Fortifeye Next Gen Curcumin. They also discuss with a 90 yo bodybuilder how Fortifeye Fit will support his training.
