👁️ Dry Eye Disease: Where to Start We discussed what every patient should do after being diagnosed with dry eye:

• Apply warm compresses to the eyelids 
• Practice daily eyelid hygiene 
• Use preservative-free lubricating eye drops 
• Improve meibomian gland function through targeted nutrition

We explained why the combination of:
