Elliott Jackson and Ryan Hildred zoom out and review the first chunk of the campaign on the latest episode of Arte et Labore.

They reflect on the key changes in style under Tony Mowbray and whether the squad can progress forward. They examine the winners and losers from Mowbray's reign so far and why he's the right fit for this squad.

They also look ahead to the games coming after the international break and analyse who could return from the treatment room.
