The Foxe-Mills scandal was one of the most reported Washington sex scandals of the 70s.  Wilbur Mills, a representative from Arkansas' 2nd congressional district, gets caught in a compromising situation with an Argentinian stripper—allegations of alcoholism, inappropriate behavior and so much more.  Back In 2009, Foxe was on Time Magazine's list of top 10 mistresses, and her affair with Mills was on the Bloomberg list of top 10 U.S. sex scandals of all time.  This story had so much in it that it required 2 parts!
