Nashville's unhoused population includes close to 200 veterans. City leaders and a group of nonprofits are working to help get them into housing.
One way they're doing this is with the recent purchase of Glastonbury Woods Apartments in Nashville that'll eventually house 72 veterans. The plan leaves the other 72 apartments for middle-income renters having a hard time finding affordable housing.
