During Sunday's Phillies game, John Kruk said on NBC Sports Philadelphia that he ate lobster, steak, two baked potatoes and two ears of corn and then proceeded to lose five pounds. Throughout this mornings show, Dan Wilson gained five pounds in a matter of hours by eating the exact same thing.
