Fargo-Moorhead Pride is a volunteer-run organization operated by the FM Pride Planning Committee. Each year, the committee of volunteers works to ensure the organization is on track to meet its goals, create short- and long-term strategic plans to keep Pride Week going for years to come, fundraise to support its continuation, and craft policies in support of FM Pride’s established goals to empower, educate and support the LGBTQ community throughout the region.
