This is a relationship term that has caught on for all the reasons you’ll never guess.  We are all so burned out from flag culture…  red flags, green flags, yellow flags… that we’ve started to turn every small, quirky habit into a referendum on our relationships.  Experts say the unusual and yes, even mildly annoying habits of your partner or a potential partner are NOT evidence that someone is incompatible with us.  We’ve stopped dating each other and are constantly surveilling and labeling one another.  We go over some hilarious examples, and some of our own beige flags, to remind us all that some of the strange things we do, may end up being the most endearing if we just look at them through a different lens.
