The long awaited preliminary hearing for singer D4vd is officially underway in Los Angeles. Prosecutors will spend the next several days presenting their case against the 21-year-old once-rising star, who is facing life in prison or the death penalty if convicted for the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas-Hernandez. The prosecution says it has DNA evidence, surveillance footage, text messages, and online purchases all connecting David Anthony Burke, aka “D4vd” to the murder and gruesome dismemberment of his underaged girlfriend.
