His legal team has filed an emergency injunction to force Carrol to return the money to the escrow account it had been in for the past three years, as they continue to fight the verdict. The Supreme Court has already declined to hear Trump’s appeal, so it is unclear how or where his legal team plans to take this fight next, but Carol’s attorneys had a lot to say about Trump’s latest move.
