Martinez was granted a temporary restraining order against the Oscar winning actress and a judge has restricted Berry’s visitation with Maceo. Martinez alleges last week Berry “physically abused our son Maceo, by jumping on him, putting her hands around his neck and choking him.” Martinez is asking for sole custody, while Berry’s attorney fired back with a statement, saying her ex-husband’s claims are “entirely meritless and deliberately misleading.”
