After 36 hours of trying to reach a verdict, the jury in the Lindsay Clancy trial will return on Friday for their seventh day of deliberations. But we just heard from defense attorney Kevin Reddington who told reporters there will first be an inquiry into the juror who reportedly refused to follow the judge’s instructions on reasonable doubt. Reddington hope that inquiry will be in open court, after his motion to remove the juror was denied this afternoon.
