An Arizona District Attorney has announced that parents Angelo and Alexus Fiordilino will not be charged in the near fatal drowning of their 18 month old son. The toddler was pronounced dead after he was rushed to the hospital when his parents found him in the family’s swimming pool, unresponsive. Five hours later a worker for the medical examiner discovered the child was still alive, but police recommended the parents be charged with child abuse. Prosecutors explained why they chose not charge the parents after a full investigation.
