As the jury just headed back into Day 6 of deliberations, it’s hard to imagine there aren’t some heated, emotional back and forth discussions going on as one side tries to convince the other to come to their way of thinking.  We took the two extreme options for the jury: Guilty of first degree murder versus Not Guilty by reason of insanity and had our own debate.  The problem we so quickly realized, both verdicts have justifiable and verifiable evidence to reasonably back up each outcome.
