We heard from Clancy’s attorney, Kevin Reddington, that the judge will first hold an inquiry into the juror identified for refusing to follow the judge’s instructions on reasonable doubt. Depending on how that goes, jurors are then expected to resume deliberations for the seventh day, up against the timeline of a holiday weekend.
