A three judge panel is weighing whether to acquit Sean “Diddy” Combs or reduce the 50 month sentence he received at trial. Comb’s attorneys argued their client received the highest sentence ever imposed for the prostitution crimes he was convicted of last summer. The prosecution insisted that Comb’s sentencing was appropriate and below federal guidelines. After the two hour hearing, a ruling could now come at any time.
