Jimmy Kimmel Defends His “Expectant Widow” Joke After President And First Lady Ask ABC To Fire Him

Late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel maintained he was making an “age gap” joke about Melania Trump looking like an “expectant widow.” Kimmel’s joke was days before a third attempt was made on President Trump’s life at the WHCD and while some have said it was distasteful, others maintain it was dangerous, even suggesting it could encourage violence against the President. ABC has remained silent around the controversy.
